Randolph J. Ortega has spent three decades in criminal practice representing clients in serious state and federal matters. His work includes complex Fourth Amendment litigation, suppression issues, major trials, and appellate advocacy. He has argued twice in the United States Supreme Court and has handled high-exposure prosecutions involving conspiracy, RICO allegations and White-Collar Crime.
